Into the Wild West
A trading post on the river a couple of days travel from Tarle it is the eastern most outpost of the settled lands in the western wilderness.
It is a small enclave of no more than a 100 people, protected on one side by the river and on the other by a wooden palisade. Only the hardiest of folk live here, all capable of defending themselves. It takes a certain bloody-mindedness to survive.
The population is largely human and halfling with a few of the more common races mixed in. The people are made distinctive by the dull grey woolen cloaks they all seem to wear.
